About Your Fitness Coach

Hi, I'm Sarah Williams.

I've been an athlete for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, I played three varsity sports while balancing AP classes, church activities, and the goal of earning a college scholarship. I didn't come from a wealthy background, so I knew early on that if I wanted opportunities, I would have to create them through hard work, discipline, and consistency.

Fitness became one of the most important parts of my life.

It taught me lessons that extended far beyond the gym or the playing field. It taught me resilience when things got hard, confidence when I doubted myself, and discipline when motivation wasn't enough. Long before I became a Naval Aviator, fitness was helping shape the person I would become.

That foundation carried me through earning an appointment to the United States Naval Academy, completing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, and ultimately becoming a U.S. Navy helicopter pilot. Along the way, I learned that success isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up consistently, learning from setbacks, and continuing to move forward even when progress feels slow.

I've also seen firsthand how many women struggle with body image, confidence, and finding a healthy relationship with fitness.

Too often, fitness becomes tied to punishment, unrealistic expectations, or constantly chasing a number on the scale. I believe it should be the opposite.

I believe fitness should empower you.

I believe strength is beautiful.

I believe confidence is built through keeping promises to yourself.

And I believe learning to appreciate and care for the body God gave you can be life-changing.

My goal as a coach isn't just to help you lose weight or build muscle. It's to help you develop the habits, discipline, and mindset that create lasting results. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, muscle growth, glute development, or simply feeling more confident in your own skin, I want to help you build a lifestyle that supports those goals for years to come.

Fitness changed my life, and I'd love the opportunity to help it change yours too.
