  • How to change negative self talk and start showing up for yourself.

Eating Freely Program

How To Find True Freedom Around Food Forever

A deep dive into emotional and binge eating. This programme has been designed to take a really deep dive into the psychological factors behind your eating.

The programme Includes:

  • A comprehensive history taking session

  • Tried and tested tools that will help you succeed.

We will cover:

  • Nutrition: assessment, reestablishing hunger and fullness cues.

  • Neuroscience: conscious vs unconscious barriers, breaking autopilots and habit loops, instant vs delayed gratification

  • Mindfulness: your critical inner voice

  • Personal coaching: self acceptance and transformation, understanding the past to understand the present, body image, inner child, self care and self compassion

What's Included:

  • 30 minute discovery call

  • 90 minute history taking session

  • 12 x 1-2-1 sessions of 1 hour

  • 2 x nutritional therapy sessions

Life & Health Coaching Sessions

Single Sessions To Suit Your Needs & Lifestyle

Flexible, individual sessions for those clients who don't want to commit to a specific package, or a set number of sessions.


Together we'll look at your needs and how to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your whole health and wellness. It also gives you an opportunity to test the water to see if coaching and my style is right for you. You can then decide if you'd like to commit to more or regular sessions
